Booking instructions on the web page:
1. You do not need to log in or be a member of Priority Club. Please refer to "Room Availability" in bottom left of screen.
2. Fill in your arrival and departure dates (set in American format ie. Month/Date/Year)
3. Click on "Check Availability" button.
4. Select from the room options available and click "Reserve" button.
6. Complete your personal details and payment details. Click "Confirm Reservation".
NB Up to 3 additional nights before and/or after the conference accommodation dates can also be booked via the web link, subject to availability, at a rate of $240 room only per night.
Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in, the first night is charged to the delegate's credit card.

Location: 88 Alfred Street, Milsons Point (north side of harbour just a few minutes walk from the Luna Park social event, evening of Wed 17 October)

Cancellation Policy: 30 days or more prior to arrival: No penalty fee applies for cancellation.
15-10 days prior to arrival: Cancellation is subject to a charge of 50% of one night’s accommodation charge for each room cancelled
14-3 days prior to arrival: Cancellation is subject to a one night’s accommodation charge for each room cancelled.
Within 2 days of arrival: Cancellation of the booking is subject to 100% of the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of the stay for each room cancelled.
