Synergix Technologies was founded in 1990, the realisation of Managing Director Koh Yang Uei's efforts as a final year undergraduate at the National University of Singapore. The company started business as an ERP software developer, but recognising a need in the market soon after, it positioned itself as a product company providing a one-stop ERPII solution. TaskHub, Synergix Technologies' flagship product, is a total business solution that incorporates business process management into an ERP solution, and it is one of the first web-enabled tier 2 ERPII solutions to run on a J2EE environment. TaskHub manages the entire flow of the business process according to your specifications, so that your people can focus on the value-creating activities. It enables the order process to move through the system almost instantaneously and customers are served faster and better.

Synergix Technologies has a broad client base of over 400 clients spanning the trading and distribution industries. It is particularly cognisant of the specialised needs of companies following the ASEAN business model. The solution

TaskHub, Synergix Technologies' flagship product, is a total business solution that incorporates business process management into an ERP solution, and it is one of the first web-enabled tier 2 ERPII solutions to run on a J2EE environment. TaskHub manages the entire flow of the business process according to your specifications - so that your people can focus on the value-creating activities. It enables the order process to move through the system almost instantaneously and customers are served faster and better.

TaskHub is web-enabled to allow anytime, anywhere access. This means that with the ease of opening a web-browser, you can access the system. No longer do your salespeople they need to rush to office in between busy schedules just to access the necessary information - TaskHub lets them effortless access. The Sales Suite within TaskHub also has an online portal that allows your customers to directly make orders with you. Thus, negotiations are not just faster, they are almost instantaneous. It makes life much more convenient for your customers - so that they choose to repeat their business with you, and for your employees - so they can focus on productive activities. Being web-enabled, TaskHub also provides total support for expansion into e-commerce, while the J2EE platform eliminates hardware incompatibilities.

The Task Management Function in TaskHub registers tasks as they are created and sends out alerts to your employees over email, sms, pager, etc. This ensures that your employees are constantly informed of their outstanding tasks, deadlines, and priorities. The burden of coordinating between different tasks and people is taken on by the system, streamlining your operations and reducing paperwork. Furthermore, the tasks that are managed are not only system tasks, or tasks related to flow of a project. Non-system tasks can also be managed through Task Management. The result is that more tasks are followed up, there are less bottlenecks, more productivity, and higher profits.

  • TaskHub's Trade Financing Module recognises and accepts trade financing terms. The module allows you to track your trade financing requirements so that you get accurate descriptions of project costs and the trade financing transactions involved, thus, giving you the complete projection of your cash position.
  • The Price Simulation Feature allows a sales person to enter in all the parameters a customer wishes for - e.g., the mode of shipment, date of delivery, etc. - and gives a simulation of the price for that combination of parameters. The profit margin reflected is thus, a true margin. Moreover, TaskHub goes a step further by allowing a markup factor to build in a pre-set profit margin into your sales. Thus, negotiations are faster. A sales person can handle more accounts, faster, and raise sales.
