What we are looking for
Smart, analytical minds that want to solve business problems for the world's premier clients. In addition, we're looking for both:
- MBAs with two-plus years of relevant work experience; strong preference for prior consulting or relevant industries, or both.
- Undergraduate or Master’s degrees, either business and technical degrees. Majors include: business (all majors), engineering (computer, electrical, industrial, material, mechanical), computer science/CIS, mathematics, industrial and labor relations, instructional design and systems.
We prefer individuals with:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated teaming and leadership skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments.
- Relevant work or internship experience.
- Willingness to live in one of our base-city locations and to travel up to 100% Monday through Friday to work at client sites.
