Terms and Conditions for participating in the Global Human Capital Assessment Survey / Apple iPod Competition

  1. Information on how to enter this competition and prize details form part of the Terms and Conditions of entry.
  2. The Promoter is IBM Australia Limited, 601 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, Sydney, NSW, 2065.
  3. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years.
  4. Employees of the Promoter and companies associated with this promotion, including their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  5. To enter, participants must successfully complete the IBM online Global Human Capital Assessment and enter their details in all the mandatory fields on the registration page at ibm.com/doing/au/ghcs between 9:00am on 2 April 2008 and 5:00pm on 21 July 2008 (Promotion Period). Incomplete entry forms will be invalid.
  6. There is a limit of one entry per eligible entrant.
  7. Judging of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will take place at 5:30p.m. AEST on 21 July 2008 (Judging Date). The judging will take place at IBM Centre, 601 Pacific Highway, St Leonards, Sydney, NSW, 2065.
  8. All entries will be assessed in the judging process.
  9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries or entries not received for any reason.
  10. The judge's decision is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition shall be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
  11. The winners will be notified by email.
  12. The best 3 answers in 25 words or less as to how the online assessment has assisted the entrants' organisation to gain insights into its workforce will each win a prize .
  13. The prize is 1 of 3 Apple iPod Classic 80GB valued at AU$319.00 each.
  14. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged as cash.
  15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss of damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, in connection with this promotion or as a result of accepting or using the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use the entrants names and addresses for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise advised by the entrant by calling IBM on 132 426. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter on 132 426.
