Terms and Conditions for participation in the prize draw to win one out of two Nokia N95 GPS phones at the IBM Information On Demand Comes to You 2008, 13 May-Sydney, Australia

  1. Instructions on how to enter this competition and prize details forms part of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
  2. Entry is only open to Australian residents over the age of 18 years who are delegates or invited guests of IBM Australia Ltd at the "Information On Demand Comes to You" event held on  6 May 2008 at Hilton Sydney 488 George Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 Australia" (the "Event") . To enter, participants must register for the Event by completing all registration details at ibm.com/events/au/iod and must also attend the Event.
  3. Registration for the Event will be available from 8:00 a.m. on 20 February and closes at 3:00 p.m. on 10 May 2008. 
  4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and companies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  5. The Prize is a Nokia N95 GPS phone with a value of AU$991.95 RRP excluding GST each. Two prizes will be awarded. Total prize value is AU$1983.90 RRP excluding GST.
  6. The prize draw will take place at the Information On Demand Comes to You 2008 event at 6:00p.m. on 13 May 2008.
  7. The first two valid entries randomly selected from the box will each win the Prize.
  8. The winners must collect their Prize from the stand by 6:05p.m., 13 May 2008.
  9. If the Prize is not claimed by a winner by 6:05p.m. 13 May 2008, the Promoter will inform the winner by phone within 3 days.
  10. The winner will be published on www.ibm.com/events/au/iod from the 20 May 2008.
  11. There is a limit of one entry per eligible delegate.
  12. The Prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event that the Promoter is unable to supply the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value.
  13. The Promoter accepts no responsibilities for late entries or entries not received for any reason. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter may use entrants’ names and addresses for future promotional, marketing purposes unless otherwise advised by the participant. Entrants can request access to or correction of their details by contacting the Promoter on 132 426.
  14. The Promoter is IBM Australia Limited, 55 Coonara Avenue, West Pennant Hills NSW, 2065.
  15. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or as a result of accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  16. The judge’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry into this competition will be deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
