Missed the Pulse 2009 Keynote?
This year the keynote session was the most highly attended session of the conference. Featuring Al Zollar (Tivoli General Manager USA), Laura Sanders (Vice President Development, Tivoli USA) and Gary Doig (GM Infrastructure and Service Delivery, Bendigo Bank and Adelaide Bank) the session covered what Service Management means for a dynamic infrastructure.
IBM’s new approach to the world, where everything is connected and intelligence is the new currency was introduced at Pulse ANZ 2009. This approach is what IBM is calling smarter planet. While it's an exciting idea, the reality will be created and delivered by those who truly understand the value of Service Management.
