In 2003 Peter had the honour of being named NSW Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Dominic Thurbon Dominic Thurbon


Dominic is a world top-10 debater and has a background as a researcher into generational change, political science, workforce trends and business strategy. After graduating from the University of Sydney with a degree in political science, Dominic joined Peter Sheahan to lead research on his book Flip: How Counterintuitive Thinking Is Changing Everything. He has worked with organisations internationally on generational change and workforce trends such as GlaxoSmithKline, the Australian Council of Education Leaders, the Corporate Lawyers Association of New Zealand and the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.

At the World Debating Championships in Dublin in 2006 Dominic was the 7th ranked speaker in the world, and in 2008 was a grand finalist at the World Championships held in Thailand. Dominic draws on this speaking expertise in training CSD facilitators and lends his considerable research expertise to the development of intellectual property for clients.

Matt English is a Partner in IBM Global Business Services based in Melbourne. He specialises in consulting with major clients in the areas of organisation change, especially around the re-shaping of business models.

Matt is now the A/NZ Leader for the IBM Smart Planet Initiative in IBM Global Business Services, and the City Leader for IBM Global Business Services in Melbourne. He has been involved extensively in the development, publication and presentation of innovative thought leadership covering a variety of topics of interest to senior executives across Asia Pacific. He has been directly involved in four major CEO studies.

Matt has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland, and a Master of Business Administration from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Cameron Owens is the eBusiness Leader at GE Capital Australia and New Zealand. Cameron manages key eBusiness channels and leads the digital initiatives for GE Capital Australia and New Zealand operations with a focus on improving customer and partner satisfaction, as well as, overall business performance.

In his role, Cameron has developed the eBusiness strategy focusing on new online servicing capability to improve revenue and competitive position.

Cameron has previously held positions at organisations that include Shell and Sensis in a variety of leadership, product management and project execution roles. Cameron received his Bachelor or Arts (Media & Politics) from Swinburne University and a Masters of eBusiness from RMIT University.

Jean-Marc Jean-Marc


For the last 15 years , Jean-Marc Has been involved in the design, deployment and management of Information Systems. After an economic and computer science, Jean-Marc started his career as a financial and technical ERP consultant in Paris, France. He has participated in many large scale projects across Europe, Central America and Asia-Pacific. Throughout his career, he has held numerous positions ranging from consultant, development manager, to project and program manager with leading advisor and consulting firms for numerous local and international clients.

Jean-Marc founded Azuron 7 years ago; Azuron specializes in setting and delivering ICT strategies and technology/integration solutions delivering the best values and return to its clients. While running and developing the company, Jean-Marc still acts as an Enterprise Architect and Program for Azuron.

Alongside the NSW Land and Property Management Authority ICT team and CIO, Jean-Marc has been leading the enterprise architecture team and managed the successful delivery of the SIX program.
