Policies
Conference payment policy:
In order to receive prices listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline price.
Conference confirmation policy:
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please call Navin on 9731 088 442 or Lubna on 9741 300 554.
Conference cancellation policy:
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by July 31st 2009. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a Rs. 200/- service charge. Cancellation requests received after July 31st, 2009, or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
Conference substitution policy:
Substitutions for the conference will not be allowed.
