Thomas G. Tsao is a co-founder of Gobi Partners, a regional venture capital firm established in 2002 and a leading technology investor in China and ASEAN. 
Gobi has funded more than 170 companies and is investing its eighth fund. 
Tom participated in the development of several notable companies such as Brite Semiconductor, Camera360, CiB (acquired by AsiaSoft), CSDN, Hermo, Line0, Madhouse (acquired by BlueFocus:300058.SZ), Mainspring, Opzoon (acquired by Harbin Gong Da:600701.SH), Tuniu (NASDAQ:TOUR), and Yoyi Digital. 
He helped create Gobi’s Oasis Program, whose list of successfully incubated startups include GoKuai (NEEQ:835413), NetQin (NYSE:NQ) and Teambition. Tom was named to the Forbes List of “China’s Top Venture Capitalists” in 2013, 2014 and 2015. 
Previously, he was the CEO of DMG (acquired by NASDAQ:VISN).

Paul Santos leads the group’s activities in Asia. He is an experienced entrepreneur who has successfully co-founded six companies across a variety of industries, exiting three times. He co-launched Wavemaker Partners’ Labs fund, which enjoys a 5.6x leverage as an Approved Technology Incubator under the Singapore National Research Foundation.

Joji Thomas Philip is the founder of DEALSTREETASIA, a venture-backed digital media firm that tracks private equity, venture capital activity, deal flows, initial public offers, investments, fund-raising, startups, and targets to be the go-to destination portal for all deal activity in Asia. The portal has a direct presence across all ASEAN countries and India. Prior to this, he was among the most prolific journalists in India, and chronicled the communications/telecoms segment, breaking some of the biggest stories in these sectors, during his tenure at The Economic Times, and Business Standard. Since 2013, he has also been with Mint, India's second largest financial daily from HT Media Ltd. He is a twitterholic and a soccer fan who is only off the internet when motorcycling in the Himalayas.

Annie Choy was named Managing Director of IBM Singapore in April 2016.

Prior to this, she was the General Manager of the IBM Global Financing (IGF) business in Japan. Annie was responsible for all business unit operations including sales, operations, marketing, customer service, business development, finance and human resources. She led the IGF Japan organisation to achieve growth, productivity and customer satisfaction objectives.

Previously, Annie was the General Manager of the IGF business in Great China Group (GCG) where she led the IGF business in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Throughout her career at IBM, Annie has held various management positions including Vice President of IGF Asia Pacific, Financing leader for General Business and Channels in Asia Pacific, Commercial Financing business leader for Asia Pacific, General Manager for IGF ASEAN and Sales Manager for IGF Singapore.

Annie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing at the National University of Singapore.

Neal Cross is Managing Director and Chief Innovation Officer of DBS Bank and a strong advocate for innovation thinking and culture.

Cross is driving the bank’s innovation agenda regionally, as DBS moves to shape the future of banking, to enhance customer experience and better engage customers in the digital landscape. Cross has more than 20 years’ experience in technology, innovation and financial services.

Working with internal stakeholders and external collaborators, he charts the innovation roadmap for DBS to enhance customer experience and better engage the bank’s customers in the digital landscape.

On the back of our recent “World’s Best Digital Bank” accolade, Neal won the “Most Disruptive” CIO global award by impressing judges Steve Wozniak and Sir Richard Branson at the finals of the Talent Unleashed Awards 2016.

Previous to DBS, Cross was at MasterCard, where he was responsible for driving innovation as Vice President of MasterCard Labs in the company’s Asia/Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. Cross started working in the Asia time zone at Microsoft in Australia and later in Singapore as the financial services industry director.

On his weekends Neal lives in the Sumatran jungle where he has founded Hotel Orangutan, a social enterprise to help save the critically endangered Sumatran Orangutan and to give local villagers employment and education.

Co-Founder of Fresh Turf, business sponsor and overseeing the overall product development and customer development at Fresh Turf. Fresh Turf is a Singapore-based startup that is working to tackle the challenges with last-mile fulfillment in retail logistics.

We are working towards our vision of establishing a greater distribution point network as the basis to provide logistics providers a competitive marketplace - in line with the macroeconomic shift towards a sharing economy.

Mr Chua Kee Lock is Group President & CEO of Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd.

Prior to joining Vertex Group, Mr Chua was the President and Executive Director of Biosensors International Group, Ltd., a developer and manufacturer of medical devices used in interventional cardiology and critical care procedures. From 2003 to 2006, Mr. Chua was a managing director of Walden International, a U.S.-headquartered venture capital firm. Between 1987 to 1997 and 2001 to 2003, he served in various senior roles within NatSteel Group. Positions held included Vice President of Transpac Capital, a venture capital firm, CEO of Intraco Ltd and Deputy President of NatSteel Ltd. Between 1998 to 2000, Mr Chua was the Co-Founder and President of MediaRing.com Ltd, a voice-over-Internet services company which was successfully listed in Singapore in late 1999.

Mr Chua serves on the boards of several companies, including Yongmao Holdings, a publicly listed company in Singapore.

He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and an MS degree in Engineering from Stanford University under NatSteel scholarship.

David Gowdey joined Jungle in mid-­‐2015 after 3.5 years as Managing Partner at TPG Growth in Singapore, where he helped build an internet practice within the firm, focused on internet/digital deals across the globe.

He continues to represent TPG as a member of the board of directors of Propertyguru, the largest online real estate portal in SE Asia.

Prior to TPG, David was at Yahoo! for 12 years where he was the Head of International M&A on the Corporate Development team, based initially in Sydney and then in Singapore. In this role, David led all transactions for Yahoo! outside of the U.S., including acquisitions, investments, strategic partnerships and new market development. David represented Yahoo! as a non-­‐executive director on the board of seven companies. David serves on the boards of Snapbizz, Sansart and Abra.

Joe Seunghyun Cho is the Chairman of Marvelstone Group and also the CEO of LATTICE80, a FinTech Hub in Singapore spearheaded by the Group. With over a decade’s worth of experience in private equity, financial structuring, hedge fund trading and risk management, Joe’s wealth of knowledge ensures that Marvelstone Group’s resources are fully optimised. His current focus is Marvelstone Tech, a tech-focused financial services holding co. that aims to become a digital bank.

Prior to forming Marvelstone Group, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Yozma Ventures and Managing Partner of Yozma Group Asia, where he focuses on serving the needs of regional clients in the following sectors: emerging companies in mobile, healthcare, big data and online services for investment.

He has over 15 years of finance experience in the Asian and U.S markets, having founded a number of fund management companies in Singapore including One Asia Investment Partners, and Leonie Hill Capital, where he concentrated on managing portfolios, implementing quantitative absolute return strategies and risk management.

Joe holds a postgraduate diploma in Financial Engineering from Stanford University. Additionally, he attended Harvard Kennedy School’s executive programme in Financial Institutions for Private Enterprise Development.

Joe graduated from Handong Global University in Korea with both a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Management. He is fluent in English and Korean and speaks Nepali.

Josh Ziegler is CEO of ZUMATA, currently the only hotel distribution company partnered with IBM Watson and the only Asia-based third party company to release their Natural Language API within the IBM Bluemix Marketplace. ZUMATA caters primarily to large clients and partners like Expedia, Amadeus, and DHISCO, which leverage the technology ZUMATA provides.

Josh brings over 17 years of diverse experience in the travel industry ranging from deep technical projects with ZUMATA through to working for major hotel properties like Caesars Palace and MGM Grand. A serial entrepreneur, prior to founding ZUMATA, Josh put himself through graduate school by starting an ecommerce business and founded two travel related companies: Good Times – a discount and reward program catering to inbound travelers, as well as Handshake – a destination guide for convention attendees.

A son of a career military officer, Josh has lived in 32 different locations and traveled to more than 50 countries. Having read the illustrated version of “Around the World in 80 Days” at the age of 7, it remains his favorite book today. Passionate about travel and exploration, he is always seeking new challenges, new experiences, what’s around the next corner, and about helping others experience the joys of travel with the help of technology.

Josh holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird, a MBA from Arizona State University, and undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Josh currently calls Singapore his home, enjoys spending time with his wife and two young daughters, and overcomes missing the NFL by playing flag football.

Through his 16 years career with IBM, Kitman has focused his attention to analytics related technologies. He has served in many technical roles within development, product management, partner ecosystem and technical pre-sales organizations. In his current role, his responsibilities include working with key IBM customers in various industry segments to transform their information infrastructure for the Big Data and Analytics era.  Graduated from the University of Toronto with formally trained as a Electrical Engineer, Kitman also has a Master of Engineering degree in Human Computer Interaction.

Gina Heng is the co-founder and CEO of Marvelstone Group, a private investment group that develops and invests in growing businesses. With finance as its core strength, it also makes diversified investments in technology, real estate, infrastructure, energy and media. Headquartered in Singapore, the Group believes in the growth of Asia and seeks to be a cornerstone investor to bring forth positive development and social impact to local communities.

An entrepreneur at heart, Gina launched MissKaya.com - a women-focused robo-advisory financial services platform. The venture is aimed at serving the financial needs of modern women in Asia.

Prior to founding Marvelstone Group, she was a venture partner at Yozma Ventures (Korea) and co-founded asset management firms, One Asia Investment Partners and Leonie Hill Capital in Singapore.

Gina previously worked at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and Cerulli Associates, where she covered sectors such as asset management, telecommunications, commodities and infrastructure, in Southeast Asia, China, India and Australia.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Teochew (Chinese dialect).

George Ugras is Managing Director - IBM Ventures. Based at IBM's offices in San Francisco, Dr. Ugras leads IBM Ventures, whose mission is to engage with innovators globally to enable entrepreneurial activity that is relevant to IBM. His focus is on strategic relationships that drive innovation and maximize growth tied to IBM's strategic imperatives, including: cloud, analytics/cognitive computing, mobile, social and cybersecurity. According to Kevin Reardon, IBM's Vice President of Corporate Development, "George is a valued member of IBM's Venture organizations, bringing years of expertise in strategic areas such as big data, analytics and cloud. Dr. Ugras started his investment career at Apax Partners, a global investment firm where he invested in early stage technology companies. Prior to Apax Dr. Ugras was with McKinsey & Co. in New York advising Fortune 500 companies on growth strategy. Dr. Ugras has lectured on Entrepreneurship at Carnegie Mellon, UCLA and Stanford, as well as advising faculty on technology spin-offs at various other universities. He also provided oversight on the Space Electronics Group at CalTech and NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory. Dr. Ugras holds a B.S. in Engineering Physics from Fairleigh Dickinson and a Ph.D. in Applied Physics from Yale. He was a research fellow at CalTech in Physics.

Diana Kelley is the Global Executive Security Advisor for IBM. She leverages her 25+ years of cyber risk and security experience to provide advice and guidance to CISOs and security professionals. She is a regular contributor to SecurityIntelligence, X-Force Research and a co-author of IBM’s “Securing the C-Suite” and “Cybersecurity in the Cognitive Era” studies. She is a faculty member with IANS Research, an Industry Mentor at the Cybersecurity Factory and serves on the Advisory Board for InfoSec World, Structure Security and the Content Committee for the Executive Women's Forum. She was an IEEE “Rock Star of Risk” in 2016 and speaks frequently at major conferences including: TED, RSA, CyberTech, CompuTex, and InfoSec World and has been quoted as a cybersecurity expert in many publications including: NYTimes, Fortune, TIME, MSNBC.com, Information Security Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. She co-authored the book Cryptographic Libraries for Developers, and wrote the chapter on “PKI and Directories” for the PKI: Wiley Tech Brief and was a guest lecturer at Boston College’s Master of Science in Cybersecurity program.
