IBM appoints Pat Yim as General Manager, IBM ASEAN
Singapore – 12 March 2018: IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced the appointment of Patricia (Pat) Yim as general manager, IBM ASEAN.
Pat returns to IBM, after most recently serving as the ASEANpac General Manager of Philips Lighting since February, 2015. Pat built her career at IBM, where she previously held leadership roles including Country General Manager for IBM Singapore, Vice President for General Business in Asia Pacific, General Manager for General Business and Geo Expansion in China, and General Manager for Global Technology Services for Greater China Group.
In her new role, Pat will be responsible for the business growth and leadership of IBM in the ASEAN region, including the key markets of Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam. She will be based at IBM’s ASEAN headquarters in Singapore and her appointment is effective immediately.
