We are currently looking to hire professionals for projects in Midrange and Server System Operations.

Midrange & SSO Ops

Professionals working on Midrange platform support will be required to apply their skills & knowledge for a wide range of activities that include support, maintenance, administration and management. Midrange professionals will be responsible for

L2 & L3 support on various platform/technologies like Wintel, UNIX, Tivoli in Midrange and i- Series
Proactive maintenance on alerts, user and group administration
Server Administration & Server support performing Backup/Restore/Recovery
Patch/APAR & Fix Management, Health checks, Server Security Management
Performance tuning, Capacity Planning
Reporting & documentation of various competency process & procedures
Tools/Technologies support

Server System Operations - System Operations (SSO - SO ) plays a vital role in monitoring and controlling incidents using varied tools. Ensuring that incidents are validated and transferred to correct resolver groups on time for resolving issues is crucial to the success of the teams.
