SAP HR professionals provide the role of Package solution consultant, in which an IBMer assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP HR modules. The various HR modules are HR Time Management, HR Compensation Management, HR Payroll Management, HR Self Serve Management etc. These IBM professionals use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into IBM's client's business environment.. This role includes implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, post-implementation and support. SAP OM design/build experience. Ability to lead workshops, requirement gathering sessions, provide HCM best practice. Experience with re-design of existing HCM structures (Org/Position/Jobs/Relationships) a big plus. Process re-engineering experience needed.
