Business Graduates are absorbed by the various businesses in IBM for roles in Marketing, Service management, Consulting, Learning, Strategy & transformation, Business Analysis, Operations, Project Management, HR advisory, Client relationship , Territory sales, and Analytic insights.
Once an IBMer, a new hire is trained on the job or enrolled in a formal training depending on the role & requirement.. In addition, senior or more experienced members of staff mentor and provide one to one guidance. Training can also include in-house workshops or a series of short external courses.

What do we look for?
We look for candidates who are passionate about IT, who have excellent academic credentials and more importantly, willingness to learn. We are looking for high calibre candidates who are self starters and have a real passion and a genuine desire to succeed. You will need to demonstrate an enthusiastic, "can do" attitude and be disciplined and organized with a strong focus on results. You will need to demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills. You must be adaptable and able to handle and embrace change. You need to have a strong drive to succeed coupled with the ability to think creatively.
Flexibility in terms of location and mobility are desired as some of these roles may require geographical flexibility.
