We focus on providing solutions for customers around IBM's Software Group Products. This gives you an opportunity to work on wide range of software products and also garner first-hand information of how they are deployed in customer situations. Since most of our work happens out of customer locations, our employees travel 75% of the time across the globe. We cover the entire gamut of a software solution, right from Proof-of-Concept, Architecture Definition, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment, Technical Enablement and Premium Support. This provides a lot of variety in work and also gives a holistic picture of the entire solution.

WebSphere: Java/J2EE and EAI (ex: WBI, ESB, webMethods, TIBCO etc).
Lotus: Java/J2EE and any Portal Server experience or Lotus Domino skills.
Information Management: Programming knowledge with strong database skills (ex: DB/2, Oracle, Datastage). DB2 Content Manager Experience would be an added advantage.
Tivoli: Tivoli suite of products (Tivoli Access Manager, Tivoli Identity Manager, Tivoli Storage Manager etc.,) or Netcool suite of products
Rational and HiPODS: Strong product testing skills with Rational tools knowledge. Performance testing is an advantage.
z/OS: Core Mainframe OS skills- MVS, JCL with experience in any IBM Software Product.
