WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker

What We Do

The WebSphere MQ Dedicated Development Centre (WMQDDC) at ISL is the nodal centre for WebSphere MQ product related activities. Our team participates in Development, Test and Customer Support for WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker. We are also responsible for developing new features for future releases of WebSphere MQ and WebSphere Message Broker. We work in close cooperation with the product team at the Hursley Lab in UK.

Our team is also part of the World-wide customer support organization for the IBM Web Sphere MQ and Message Broker. We are responsible for performing - problem verification by isolating and replicating steps to reproduce the problem and automated test execution and failure analysis.

We work remotely with customers running WebSphere MQ and Message Broker, diagnosing data dumps/traces, troubleshooting and debugging complex computer systems to determine a course of action, recommend solutions and provide product fixes.
