Speed Teams:
Speed Teams is a project and team based internship model that's customizable for any IBM organization seeking interns and employees to drive, accelerate, and maximise impact of projects on demand anywhere, any topic. Speed Teams shares some of the best practices from the Extreme Blue program and is essentially a distributed internship program providing the "recipe" to enable more organizations across ISL to leverage lessons learned from the Extreme Blue program. Bringing together teams of university interns and ISL employees, Speed Teams focuses on new development opportunities.
IBM's ultimate goal: expand Speed Teams worldwide to an on-demand talent model-anywhere, any topic-offering more university students a project and team-based internship.
