NOC Inside

Network Operations Center – Inside (NOC Inside) is an integrated platform for comprehensive IT Infrastructure Management and provides a single view console across IT Monitoring, IT Service Desk, IT Asset Management and IP Traffic Analysis. NoCi is deployed on the customer’s servers in their IT environment. NoCi is available on a subscription model and provides flexibility by leveraging the operation expense model.

NOC-Inside also includes optional, premium IT Advisory Service. This service is delivered by a qualified IT consultant. IT advisory service ensures continuous improvements for IT operations. These advisories provide customized, consultative advice to address IT operational needs & issues. It provides recommendations and action plans to optimize IT operations.

Some examples of advisory services are WAN Optimization, Server Consolidation, Software License Utilization, IT Resource Availability, Impact Analysis of IT outages on business services, Optimal Helpdesk Operations, Efficiency Analysis of IT Helpdesk Operations, etc.
