Best Paper Award at SRII Global Conference 2011

A research paper by researchers at IBM Research - India has received received “Best Paper” award in service innovation, engineering and quality (SIEQ) track of Service Research and Innovation Institute (SRII) Global Conference 2011.
The paper authored by Himanshu Chauhan, Ajay Gupta and Ashish Verma was titled 'Analyzing Relative Importance of Service Quality Components from Enterprise CRM Data'. The paper explores a text mining based approach to analyze the comparative influence of the two primary aspects of service quality: experience and outcome.
The SRII Global Conference is a forum for industry, research/professional organizations, and academia to share their research work on all the key areas of Services.
