Best Paper at HiPC 2010

Continuing with our strong presence at premier seminars and conferences, researchers from the lab has recently received a “Best Paper” award at High Performance Computing Conference (HiPC) 2010. The paper, titled "Performance Evaluation and Optimization of Random Memory Access on Multicores with High Productivity" has been written by Vaibhav Saxena, Yogish Sabharwal, and Pramod Bhatotia, who has recently moved on for pursuing higher studies. They will present the paper in a special session featuring the Best Student Paper and the Best Paper. Yogish is a Manger in the lab’s High Performance Computing division and Vaibhav is a researcher in the same department.

HiPC is an international conference on all aspects of high performance computing. It serves as a forum to present current work by researchers from around the world as well as highlight activities in Asia in the high performance computing area.
