Conference Room 1 (20 seats) with rear projection facility

The conference room is equipped with state-of-the-art multi-media presentation system, network connections and Audio/Video conferencing facility. The room contains wireless touch-screen to control all lightings, room darkening shades and Audio/Video conferencing.

It also has event broad-casting facility to four different locations simultaneously and is equipped with a small LCD monitor, just outside the doors, where any reservations and/or events are displayed.

This room also has an electronic white board which can capture the text written on it and the same could be stored in a PC and/or broadcasted to other locations.

Conference Room 2 (25 seats) with rear projection facility

• 1 Plasma is used for welcome message to customers
• 1 Closing room for sales team and customers to meet in a quiet atmosphere
• 4 telephone booths for customers and sales team to make their calls
• Large terrace with a view of the Golf course and the Airport runways. The terrace can be used for any additional required space for lunch and breakfast.

The data center hosts IBM's latest hardware and software products which are used to conduct live demonstrations of various innovative IBM solutions.

The datacenter is networked by using CAT6 structured cabling technique. High Bandwidth (2 mbps) VPN line for remote access to the datacenter allows us to conduct remote demonstrations from customer locations.
