| Definition of Terms
Target Response - The target response time for IBM Services Area locations is on the average of four (4) hours. For other locations, in the event where public transport is required, eg. flight, it will be on the earliest available flight. On-site repair for ThinkPads - To receive End of Next Business Day response, a call must be logged with IBM by 4.00pm (local time) on the day of initial call placement. On-site service for ThinkPads is available in Service Area locations only. CCIR (Customer Carry-In Repair) - It is the customer's responsibility to deliver and pick up their machine from IBM Repair Center which are available in IBM Services Area offices. ENBD - End of Next Business Day. E2BD - End of 2nd Business Day P/L - Parts & Labour Service Area Locations is the locations within 25 km of IBM Service Area Offices. IBM Service Area Offices
