Crossware Limited

Per is the Managing Director of Crossware Limited. Per has been part of the Lotus Community for many years, establishing one of the first Lotus Business Partners in Scandinavia in the early nineties. Since 2000 Per has been building Crossware to become the largest IBM Lotus Business Partner in New Zealand.

Novell

Frank Feldmann is working for Novell's Asia Pacific Alliances team as a Senior Technical Specialist. In his role he is responsible for looking after the technical relationships with Global Strategic Partners such as IBM, HP, Dell, SGI etc for the Asia Pacific region.
Before joining Novell AP Alliances in Singapore Frank was working for Novell in New Zealand as a Technical Strategist for Linux and Security & Identity. Before relocating to New Zealand in 2005 he managed a Java services company called JNet in the Netherlands for 3 years specializing in Open Source and JBoss technology.
Prior to this Frank worked for SilverStream Software for 4 years which Novell acquired in mid 2002. Frank has a business degree in computer science & economics and has been involved in many product and technology shaping activities throughout his career.

Teamstudio

Larry is Sales Support Manager for the Teamstudio APAC office. He has over 14 years experience in IT working in various locations including London, Toronto and Tokyo. Larry has a broad range of experience in working with projects such as developing corporate Intranet sites to deploying mission-critical applications. He regularly delivers technical presentations, workshops and training sessions for Teamstudio.

Michael J Garbett Michael J Garbett
Director, Messaging & Collaboration, IBM Software Group, IBM Corporation

As the director of Worldwide Messaging & Collaboration, for the IBM Software Group and the Lotus Division, Michael Garbett is responsible for leading IBM's efforts for a continuum of integrated collaborative solutions that assist businesses to empower their people to be more effective, responsive, and innovative in the context of the work that they do. This continuum of offerings includes the Lotus Notes & Domino Family of products, with over 130 million licenses sold. Also part of the continuum, Michael is responsible for the recently launched Quickr product.
Prior to his current role, Michael Garbett was the director of Product Management for the Lotus Client Platforms & Technologies team, which focuses on the creation of innovative, end-to-end client/server middleware solutions which enable critical line-of-business applications to be deployed to a wide range of server managed clients through the use of open industry standards and APIs. Michael has held a number of roles within the IBM Software Group including sales management, business development & product management in Asia Pacific, the Americas and as part of the IBM Software Group Worldwide Team.
Simon CS Lee Simon CS Lee
Business Strategist for Workplace, Portal & Collaboration Software, IBM ASEAN/SA

Simon Lee currently serves as the ASEAN/South Asia Business Strategist for Workplace, Portal & Collaboration Software, where he provides consulting to Lotus Notes Domino customers around the region. He has been with Lotus Software Group since 1997, and has vast experiences in implementing solutions given his previous roles as a Technical Consultant, System Architect, Project Manager, Support Manager to Sales Manager. Simon also leads a team of specialist who develops strategies and tactics to grow Lotus market share in the region.
Stephan H. Wissel Stephan H. Wissel
Consulting Manager, IBM ASEAN/SA

Company Founder of TAO Consulting PTE LTD, one of IBM Business Partners, Stephan recently became an addition to IBM Lotus ASEAN team as the strategy and productivity Advisor for Lotus Software. With more than 20 years of IT experience and 12 years in Lotus Notes and Domino, his appreciation of application integration and Knowledge Management principles has helped many customers to successfully deploy Lotus software by leveraging on their existing IT investments. Stephen is also actively involved in the Lotus Notes pCLP & CLI R4/R5/R6, and he is the Counsellor for personcentric organisation development, Member of the Usability Professionals Association and Member of the Project Management Institute.
Chrisian Nybye Christian Nybye
Business Strategist, Lotus, IBM ASEAN/SA

Christian Nybye is the Business Strategist for the Lotus Brand, leading IBM's competitive efforts for ASEAN (e.g. Project Liberate). Christian works extensively with partners and customers to provide competitive insight into the Lotus strategy, product direction and market successes. In his 11-year IT career, Christian has held a variety of sales, marketing, and product-related roles. Prior to his current position in IBM, Christian was the Global Product Manager for Microsoft Business Solutions.
Jason WH Lee Jason WH Lee
IT Consultant, IBM Singapore

Jason has been in the IT industry for 7 years, with vast experiences in ASP/DCOM, J2EE and extensive knowledge on various web technologies. Prior to joining IBM, Jason was involved in the development and project management of the Singapore Government e-business website, and managing the intranets and extranets of top 3 semiconductor companies.
Ling Beng Chong Lim Beng Chong
Senior Lotus Consultant, IBM Singapore

Beng Chong is the Singapore Lotus Specialist, focusing on Notes & Domino, Sametime, Quickr and Lotus Connections technologies. Beng Chong has more than 15 years of working experience in the IT industry and is technically involved in development, project management and pre-sales consulting for the government and logistics industries. Beng Chong is a Notes user and developer since Release 3.
Gavin Tay Gavin Tay
Technology Consultant and Accredited Senior IT Consultant, Software Group, IBM Singapore

Gavin Tay is a Technology Consultant and Accredited Senior IT Specialist for IBM Software Group, Singapore. In his capacity, he plays a pivotal role in assisting the company's broad client base in conceptualising their collaboration and service oriented architectural solutions. Gavin has written several whitepapers and contributed technical articles to high visibility trade publications. He has also conducted technology seminars throughout the Asia Pacific region and undertakes periodical competitive product evaluations to ensure that organisations keep abreast of the latest developments within the industry.
Gavin has harnessed over ten years of industrial IT experience and a keen understanding of complex applications for several large organisations in the government, telecommunications and financial sectors.
