About Han's
Han's (F & B), which began as a small food counter twenty years ago, has become a force to be reckoned within the Singapore food and beverage industry. Today Han's Restaurant is already a household name for cakes and food business in Singapore. Han's had grown and developed rapidly over the years. They started out in baking cakes and pastries and expanded into café and restaurant business. To date, Han's boasts 15 outlets in Singapore and they expect to have altogether 20 outlets in the near future.
Han's Challenges

Management of Han's (F & B) felt that the company could achieve better control and greater efficiency by implementing an integrated POS Solutions for all its 15 outlets.

With the POS solution, a significant amount of productivity can be gained by replacing manual processes that have inherent time delays. Adopting Infocomm Technologies to computerise a routine operation has help to reduce administrative and marketing overheads. This not only streamlines operations, but also eliminates errors and provides more accurate information to all parties.
The company is also planning to install a Wide Area Network at all its outlet which link up their front-end POS system to the back-end management system for sales analysis, inventory control, stock level monitoring and cost analysis.
