At the heart of the web application is a J2EE compliant data repository, a relational database. Services such as session state management, transaction monitoring, connection pooling, dynamic template processing, email and alerts are common elements in an application that typically requires storage or database components.

  2. Employee Acquisition (Recruitment module) - Takes care of requisition requests made and closed, create position notices and publish it for job consultants, IJPs, Employee referrals and direct linking with company's Website. Provides MIS on various parameters helping in cost control and identifying most economical source of recruitment for various positions.
  3. Leave & Attendance Automation Module- Role based leave rules, Check leave balances, apply leaves online, approve / reject online. Simultaneously integrates with any in-house swipe card or biometric system, manual excel data upload capability and online logging option.
  4. Travel & Travel Expense Management Module- Request for travel online, approval online, approval of travel expenses online. Data analysis on travel related data for cost cutting.
  5. Compensation & Benefits Management Modules - Integrates with any in-house payroll solution or third party vendor. Provides the payroll software the data required for processing the payroll and giving employees a complete view of the financial transactions with the organisation in terms of salary slips, reimbursements etc.
  6. Performance Appraisal Management Module- Allows client organisation to define their own performance appraisal methodology and forms and runs the process automatically. Provides ability to map role based KPIs and competencies
