Case Study: Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance |
Hyundai Marine and Fire Insurance Co. of Seoul is confronting the needed changes to their systems head-on. They chose IBM Insurance Application Architecture as the starting point for creating a system with flexibility.
With limited manpower, Hyundai needed a simpler, less labour-intensive way to explore and develop new systems.
IAA has helped Hyundai to develop a client-centric system to ease the administrative processes of insurance planning, quotation, contracts, endorsements and claims. Previously, they were working with 3,270 terminal screens. Now, user-friendliness is achieved because the applications' graphical user interfaces employ personalised menus and controllable navigation. |
