Paul Cobban is MD & COO for the Technology and Operations group in DBS. As part of his role he leads bank wide transformation programs that redefine Customer and Employee experiences by building a strong culture, reimagining the future of work and driving Innovation across the bank.
In addition, he looks after functions such as operational excellence, Lean IT deployment, procurement, real estate, risk management and the technology hub in Hyderabad, India for DBS.

Paul sits on the FinTech Advisory council for the IIF, is a fellow of the IBF, is on the Asian Banker's list of leading practitioners, chairs the IBF Future-Enabled Skills Work Group and is a FinTech mentor. His and his team's work has been featured in many business articles and case studies including HBR, MIT, NTU, SMU, Forrester and ISED

Paul, who holds a first class honours degree in Civil Engineering from Aston University, UK, spent 13 years at Standard Chartered Bank, where he held several senior positions including Global Head of Consumer Bank Operations, and Head of Consumer Bank Transformation, in Singapore, Hong Kong and London.

As a co-founder and CTO of ZUMATA, Gary oversees every aspect of the company’s technology stack and the development team. He brings with him more than 20 years of senior technical experience, most recently with MatchMove Games and travel metasearch, as well as web consultancies Spike and IconMediaLab.

He has worked in Southeast Asia and Singapore for more than 17 years, and is a veteran of the internet space, assembling superior engineering teams who have been consistently cutting-edge in their domain. Gary delivers lectures and presentations on AI and travel technology from time to time. He holds a degree from Thomas Edison State University and has attended both the University of Texas at Austin and University of Central Florida.

Steve Walker is the Asia Pacific CIO and Global Warehouse Management System Centre of Excellence of DHL Supply Chain.

In DHL Supply Chain, IT is integral in delivering world-class supply chain solutions and is a key player in customer engagement and growth. As the CIO of Asia Pacific, the fastest growing region of DHL Supply Chain globally, Steve leads a team of over 380 associates across 20 countries to drive innovation, quality and value for customers and the business.

In his role leading the strategic direction and service for the Warehouse Management Systems Centre of Excellence, Steve is responsible for supporting over 2000 warehouses globally.

Steve has over 30 years of experience in the global supply chain sector. He joined contract logistics provider Exel in 1999, in a global systems strategy role and went on to hold a number of senior IT roles across the business. When Deutsche Post DHL acquired Excel in 2005, Steve was appointed Supply Chain Solutions Director, EMEA for DHL Supply Chain. After two years, he was promoted to Vice President, Global Logistics Solutions, responsible for driving strategic solutions globally. In 2012, Steve moved to Singapore and took up the role of CIO for Asia Pacific.

Today, Steve is regularly featured as an expert on supply chain innovation and technology in the media, such as The Business Times Singapore and APAC CIO Outlook magazine. As a highly engaging speaker, Steve is a much sought-after keynote presenter at many regional and global events, sharing best practice and trends on the future of supply chain.

Steve holds a Master of Science degree in Logistics and Transportation from Cranfield University, UK and a Diploma of Management Studies. Driven by his passion to share his knowledge and give back, Steve became an external examiner and regular lecturer on global supply chain outsourcing at Cranfield University from 2000 to 2012. Steve also co-authored ‘International Logistics and Supply Chain Outsourcing: From Local to Global’, a supply chain book published in 2007.

Steve is a member of the CIO Connect Advisory Board and the Charted Institute of Logistics and Transportation. He also serves on the Main Committee of the British Club, Singapore.

Steve is a lifelong and passionate Manchester United football fan and looks to former Manchester United manager, Alex Ferguson for leadership inspiration in how he managed his teams. Steve is married to Mary with one son and a grandson.

Prashant is the Chief New Business & Innovation Officer at Indosat, where he has been since July 2011. Previously Prashant has held various positions including Head of 3G Business, Reliance Communications, India from May 2010 to June 2011, Head of Corporate Strategy Reliance Communication, India from April 2008 to June 2011 and Partner in Spectrum Value Partners, London from September 2000 to March 2008. Prashant is an MBA from the India Institute Management (IIM) and Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology (ITT).

Prashant drives strategy formulation, planning, KPI and performance management and subsidiary management as part of his strategy role. As head of new business, he leads the fibre to the home residential broadband and Pay‐TV business at Indosat. As the head of the Digital Business, Prashant has set up and leads the mobile financial services, mobile advertising and e‐Commerce businesses at Indosat. He is also responsible for Indosat’s venturing initiatives - including the accelerator, IdeaBox, and the Softbank‐Alibaba‐Indosat Venture Capital (VC) Fund.

Justin Fishkin is Chief Strategy Officer of Local Motors, a technology company that has decentralized the development, production and commercialization of vehicles. Local Motors’ platform combines open co-creation with local micro-manufacturing to bring hardware innovations (like the world’s first 3D-printed cars) to market at unprecedented speeds.

Justin marries a lifelong dedication to sustainability and making a difference in the world with a background in finance and investing. Prior to joining Local Motors, he served as the Senior Portfolio Manager of Carbon War Room, an organization founded by Sir Richard Branson to incubate and scale profitable solutions to climate change. He began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs and later became an investor. He graduated with a degree in economics from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina and is a native of Washington, D.C.

Diana Kelley is the Global Executive Security Advisor for IBM. She leverages her 25+ years of cyber risk and security experience to provide advice and guidance to CISOs and security professionals. She is a regular contributor to SecurityIntelligence, X-Force Research and a co-author of IBM’s “Securing the C-Suite” and “Cybersecurity in the Cognitive Era” studies. She is a faculty member with IANS Research, an Industry Mentor at the Cybersecurity Factory and serves on the Advisory Board for InfoSec World, Structure Security and the Content Committee for the Executive Women's Forum. She was an IEEE “Rock Star of Risk” in 2016 and speaks frequently at major conferences including: TED, RSA, CyberTech, CompuTex, and InfoSec World and has been quoted as a cybersecurity expert in many publications including: NYTimes, Fortune, TIME,, Information Security Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. She co-authored the book Cryptographic Libraries for Developers, and wrote the chapter on “PKI and Directories” for the PKI: Wiley Tech Brief and was a guest lecturer at Boston College’s Master of Science in Cybersecurity program.

Mitchell (Mitch) Young was named General Manager, IBM ASEAN, in January 2016. In this role, he oversees IBM’s regional operations which include sales and distribution, manufacturing, procurement, global delivery, and support functions covering the ASEAN markets.
As organisations strive to out-think challenges, competitors and limits, Mitch and his team focus on helping clients, partners, developers and start-ups transform by applying IBM's leading cognitive solutions, cloud platform, and industry capabilities.
Prior to his current appointment, Mitch served as Client Advocacy Executive in the office of the IBM President, Chairman and CEO, Ginni Rometty. Before leaving for his year-long assignment in New York, USA, Mitch was Vice President for IBM Software, ASEAN.
Mitch has more than 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He joined IBM as a professional hire in 1996 and spent most of his career covering the Asia Pacific and ASEAN regions. Previous appointments have included Director, IBM Tivoli Software for Asia Pacific based in Shanghai, China, and Enterprise Sales Leader, Asia Pacific.
Mitch holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Mechanical & Manufacturing degree, from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He has recently returned to Singapore, where he previously lived from 2001 to 2003, and then from 2010 to 2014, and is accompanied by his wife and three children.

Nguyen Trong Huan is Founder and Chairman of Five9 Vietnam, a Telecommunications company specialized in International Voice Wholesales and SMS A2P with 10% market share in Vietnam and branches in Hong Kong, Czech Republic and Singapore.
Huan is a young and passionate professional with more than 16 years experience in Telecommunications and IT industries. Prior to Five9, he worked as Vice Strategic Director of Corporate Division of Viettel Telecom, the biggest Telecommunications company in Vietnam.
Huan is building Big data, Artificial Intelligence and Software development in form of a project called AIEM Complex with 80,000 square meter office space, bringing cognitive solutions to enterprises and supporting 6,500 software developers and 150 software startups in having opportunities and achieving their goals.

Ian Lee is the CEO and Co-founder of Swizzle Labs, a cross-cultural text analytics company and well-connected entrepreneur in Asian startup scene. Swizzle Labs uses cognitive technologies to analyze unstructured data from the internet and extract business insights. Ian studied Business Strategy and marketing in Korea University and University of Florida. Before he started his own business, he used to work as an assistant AP in DDB, a global ad agency, and as a UI/UX designer and global marketer in a few IT ventures in Korea.   

In 2011, he started his first startup named Ideabove. At the moment, he developed and operated a YouTube based music playlist sharing service for Korean and South East Asian users. From the experience, he discoverd the great potential of Asian market in IT and content industry, but also realized the market hasn't been analyzed enough compared to the Western markets. So, he decided to prepare a unique data analytics connecting the East and the West with the new brand of Swizzle. Now, Swizzle Labs provides easy-to-use solution and deep-dive text analytics in Korean and English language to multiple global clients to read the true user feedback, customer insights and market trends in Asia based on the full-understandings of local languages and cultures.
